Hey! I’m on a Podcast!

Ok, so it has been a good while since last I posted here. But here’s to trying to make up for lost time.

I think the biggest thing to mention is my upcoming appearance at the Virginia Beach funny Bone in Quincy Carr Presents: The Quality Comedy Series. I don’t often get a chance to perform at the Funny Bone so when I do I am always very excited. The show is Wednesday, October 29th at 8pm. Tickets are $12 and you find out more details here. I personally will be selling tickets and if a sell enough I will get an extended set! So buy my tickets!

Also a neat little thing I did in the last week was join our friends over at ThereforeIGeek.com for episode 16 of their Podcast. It was a blast sharing old Comic Con stories. Warning there is ADULT Language. Run time 1 hour 10 minutes. Listen to it here.

I do want to talk about a couple shows I did over the past week or so. On Monday the 6th I along with a group of local comics put on a show up in Newport News VA at the restaurant Circa 1918. It was a lot of fun and the best way to describe this is “Art House Comedy”. The room is small and dimly light but they packed it out this a cool and hip crowd. I was wowed by how good my buddy Jon Small killed it before I when up. Jon is just so talented I can’t stand it. He really put me on the spot to deliver. I really hope they do another show soon. It was almost 2 ½ years between this show and the last one at Circa 1918.

This past Friday I performed at the After Dark Spectacular variety Show at the great Baltimore area magic shop Denny & Lee’s. It was a combination burlesque/magic/sideshow. My buddy up in PA, Cam  McMillion put it together and hosted the show. I was thrilled to get a chance to perform with my good friend Jesse McCarly again. I think the last time we did a show together was nearly 18 months ago in York, PA. It was also great to work with two very talented burlesque dancers, Private Tails and Lady Rockwell. I love doing shows like this. I really wish I could more of them.

After Dark Show

That’s it for me for now. Stay tune for updates on upcoming shows and other goings on.
